Tyler created and led Eclipse Che, an open source Docker environment with contributions from the world’s largest software companies. As a Toba Capital partner, angel, and board member, he’s led $100 million in developer investments including Cloudant (acquired by IBM), Sauce Labs, Sourcegraph, ZeroTurnaround (acquired by Roguewave), InfoQ, and AppHarbor (acquired by Microsoft). Previously, Tyler held leadership positions at Oracle, Quest Software, and BEA.

    Sanjiva is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Architect of WSO2, where he leads the design, architecture and development of Ballerina. After starting WSO2 in 2005 and as its CEO for 12 years, Sanjiva lead the creation of a complete set of middleware products before deciding to throw them all away and start again with a programming language approach. Prior to starting WSO2, he was at IBM Research where he led the development of Web services standards and technologies. He's a long time open source developer and advocate and is a Member of the Apache Software Foundation, an Emeritus Board Member of the Open Source Initiative and Founder and Chief Scientist of the Lanka Software Foundation. He also volunteers in the Sri Lanka Army where he serves as the IT advisor. He received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University in 1994.

    In his current role, Asanka drives efforts to create, refine, and enhance WSO2’s corporate reference architecture and is responsible for spearheading a thought leadership outlook that defines WSO2’s corporate reference methodology for development, customer success, and implementation. Working closely with customers, partners, and analysts, he will continue to evangelize WSO2’s technology vision as in his previous role as VP of Solutions Architecture through which he gained extensive customer consulting experience and in-depth knowledge of solution architecture.     Mohammed Abu Hamid is a GeoDASH System Consultant at the the World Bank, Bangladesh. GeoDASH is a GFDRR funded GIS data sharing platform for Bangladesh based on GeoNode which is now under the ownership of Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC), a statuary body of Government of Bangladesh. The World Bank continues its support to upgrade GeoDASH and Hamid manages the development process.     Srinath is a scientist, software architect, and a programmer that works on distributed systems. He is a member of the Apache Software Foundation. He is a key-architect behind several widely used projects such as Apache Axis2, WSO2 Stream Processor. Srinath has authored two books about MapReduce and frequent author of technical articles. He received his Ph.D. from Indiana University, USA, in 2009.
